Audience Music Consumption

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7P2WKPL By completing this task, I have found out that a lot of younger people (aged between 12 and 20) watch pop music videos on Youtube during the evening. Older males within the survey said that they watched Rock and Pop Music videos on Youtube. Everyone that answered the survey said they used Youtube to watch music videos which isn't very surprising as Youtube is the biggest video sharing website on the internet. Not many people selected that they listened to Alt genre or watching music videos in the morning. Most people on the survey selected that they hardly watched music videos as they just listen to music through iTunes or Spotify as it's more of a hassle to watch music videos online.

Music Consumption

By completing this task, I have expressed my opinion on music and music video consumption and if I watch music videos or not. I feel that the majority of people my age with have the same opinion on music videos as me. I also think that they will use the same platform or a similar platform to listen to music on i.e Apple Music or Spotify. Other people may illegally download music because they want to save money and not pay for music. Even though they won't be paying any money for the music, the quality of the songs won't be as good as if you were to buy the track from iTunes or listen to it on Spotify.

LipSync Video Test

By filming and editing the lip-syncing video test, I now have an idea of what it will be like to film my music video and how to use iMovie when it come to edit the clips for my music video. When i come to film my music video, I will be using a DSLR camera which is both better quality and has better handling instead of using an iPhone like I used to shoot the clips for my lip-syncing test video
